Preheating…
How to share other people's recipes and photos fairly, and how to have something removed from Rich Cuisines.
Share your own recipes and photos, or ones you have permission for. A list of ingredients and simple steps is usually not anyone's property, but the writing around a recipe and its photos are. Crediting where a recipe came from is good practice, but it is not permission.
When you adapt a recipe, write it in your own words and take your own photos.
Send a copyright complaint through the support form; you don't need an account. Tell us which work is yours, the addresses of the pages here that copy it, how to reach you, and that you own it or act for the owner and believe in good faith that the use is not allowed.
We remove what the complaint names, tell the member what was removed and why, and pass on how to reach you if they believe it was a mistake. A member who repeatedly posts other people's work loses their account.
If your content was removed and you believe it was yours to share, reply to the notice or appeal from your requests page, saying why.
Intimate images shared without consent are removed within 48 hours, usually much sooner. Send only the addresses of the pages; never the image itself.
Child sexual abuse material is removed at once and reported to the authorities. Send only the address of the page; do not download, copy or send the material.
